  • In what way can you move forward in your body?
  • In what way can you move forward in your actions?

Today, try on expressing what you’re thinking or what you want to say with your body instead of your mouth or writing it. Especially something you feel stuck with.

  • What does it look like when you use your body to express yourself –movement, sound?

Run, jump, skip, dance, sing, laugh, cry; express whatever feels like it needs to come out. Try this on today as a way of moving things forward, as a way of moving whatever feels stuck.
