Stress Management: Are You Acting Or Re-Acting?

I believe that our thoughts play an important part in acting rather than unconscious reacting to life situations. Today, I watched a YouTube video that I thought fascinatingly demonstrated the different frequencies in different thoughts and what it does to the body. It is called:
