Today’s takeaway from Free Virtual Coffeeshop Group Coaching – Apia, Samoa- 07 May 2019 is:
Topic: If you could lose one day of time, which day would you choose?
During today’s coaching from Samoa, we used the experience of a whole country losing a day by moving across the dateline as the basis of a coaching exercise addressing how we think about time from a head perspective and a heart perspective. Time can be perceived as something that seems to continually squeeze us in and can make us feel like failures because we don’t meet specific deadlines, certain achievements in life by the time we are “expected” to do so. It is easy to lose track of the undeniable fact that time on this planet is an extremely precious resource given to us in limited supply. So, shouldn’t you be the one, who defines, what use of this limited and irreplaceable resource is the right use of your time?
