Balance was at the center of today’s Group Coffeeshop Coaching. Seeking out physical challenges can help us create balance in an otherwise physically less active and emotionally stressful work environment. However, there are many ways to establish balance when our current situation does not allow us to go for a run, hike, or swim. Just taking a break, creating awareness of our current state of balance, blocking out the noises and distractions of our busy work lives for even a short time can help us accomplish balance by simply focusing on it.
Balance in life helps leads to contentment, individual growth, and personal expansion. We can restore balance by learning from what surrounds us, by taking it into our lives and applying it to expand ourselves into something more. Balance can still be a tricky thing and difficult to maintain.
