Today’s Takeaway from Free Virtual Coffeeshop Group Coaching – via ZOOM – 01 August 2021 is:
“There are no great limits to growth because there are no limits of human intelligence, imagination, and wonder.”Ronald Reagan, 40th U.S. President
I enjoy the surprise each coffeeshop coaching holds. Every one of these free group coachings is unique and full of so many different ways of doing things and experiencing life. There is always lots of inspiration, growth, and newness. I would say today’s main focus was about pushing through the illusion of a block and feeling stuck. It’s interesting how quickly things can change with perspective and what a little space, fun, laughter, and lightness can do to a person or situation. I love witnessing people from many places globally meeting in these coachings with diverse topics, experiences, and ways of viewing life that directly help each other find new perspectives and next steps. Today was another great day in the coaching world, and I can’t wait to see you in the next group coffeeshop coaching!
“Hiring myself a coach is giving myself a gift to grow with, stretch with, change with. Coaching helps me to know myself better, see new directions, find new paths, uncover great treasures, like talents and abilities I didn’t even know I have and some that I forgot I have. I find patterns and a system in the many choices I’ve made. I learn and create new ways to distance myself from my emotions that temporarily block my view. My limitations become walls that move and adjust according to the perspectives I have in place – change my perspective, change my space. With coaching, I have learned to replace and transpose darkness into light, negative into positive, stuck into movement, stop into start and begin again with new hope, new passion, new fire. Coaching is a repeated gift that is new each time I do it. It’s one way I hold myself accountable and dare more than do by myself. Both live and virtual, coaching is connection, presence, and space where I can be witnessed, supported, and never alone. I’m grateful I found such a gift that I can give to myself and others alike. So next time you’re looking for that perfect gift, try gifting coaching!”–Anonymous
